What It Is

poc.evolt.org, the Proof of Concept site, is being used to test drive technologies — both on the render / layout layer (CSS, etc) and on the backend layer (PHP, Drupal, MySQL, etc) — with the intention to either submit the PoC as a replacement for the existing evolt.org site, or to use it as a base to build upon to meet any requirements seen as lacking in the PoC by the community.

What It Is Not

It is not a drop-in replacement for evolt.org at present, it is simply capturing requirements and allowing technology to be built.
