Godmins can also do the following on the site AFAIK:

• Change user states and privileges
• Permanently delete articles from the db. When a regular admin presses Delete, it merely disappears from the display, but remains in the db
• Delete comments posted to articles

Current Content States/Actions

1. State: New
   1. Action: Edit (Author or any Admin). Remains in State New
   2. Action: Approve (any Admin who is not author). Transition to State Approved
   3. Action: Deny (any Admin who is not author). Transition to State Denied
2. State: Approved
   1. Action: Edit (Author). Transition to State Pending
   2. Action: Edit (any Admin who is not author). Remains in State Approved
   3. Action: Deny (any Admin who is not author). Transition to Statr Denied
   4. Action: Reset (any Admin who is not author). Transition to State New
3. State: Pending
   1. Action: Edit (Author or any Admin). Remains in State Pending
   2. Action: Approve (any Admin who is not author). Transition to State Approved
   3. Action: Deny (any Admin who is not author). Transition to State Denied
4. State: Denied
   1. Action: Edit (Author or any Admin). Remains in State Denied
   2. Action: Edit (Author). Transition to State Pending
   3. Action: Approve (any Admin who is not author). Transition to State Approved
   4. Action: Reset (any Admin who is not author). Transition to State New

(NB The numbering of these states may not correlate to content of the permissions field in the current weo db)

Missing the approved->denied transition cos it wouldn't fit :-)
